Adjustable or Variable Volume Micropipettes: The user can set these to pipette varying volumes within a specified range.

Components:

1. Body: The main part of the micropipette that houses the internal components.
2. Volume Adjustment Knob or Dial: Used to set the desired volume (only present in variable volume micropipettes).
3. Plunger Button: Used for both aspirating and dispensing the liquid.
4. Ejector Button: Pushes out the disposable tip after use.
5. Tip Cone: The part where the disposable pipette tip is attached.
6. Disposable Tip: A plastic tip attached to the tip cone for aspirating and dispensing liquid.
