  • Order: A confirmed purchase request placed by the Customer.
  • Goods / Items: Same as Products.

3. Order Acceptance

  1. All orders placed are subject to acceptance by TibaQuip Africa Ltd.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason (fraud prevention, stock issues, payment verification, etc.).
  3. A contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

  1. Prices are stated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified.
  2. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  3. Payments must be received in full before products are shipped.
  4. We accept payment via M-Pesa, bank transfer, card payments, and other payment methods as advertised.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  1. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
  2. Delivery timelines may vary by location and product availability.
  3. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.
  4. Extra charges may apply for express shipping or remote areas.

6. Return & Refund Policy

6.1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if it meets the following conditions:
✔️ Return request is made within 7 calendar days from date of delivery.
✔️ Product is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags and accessories.
✔️ Product is in resalable condition (no stains, smells, marks, or damage).

📌 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Consumables or perishable goods.

6.2. Return Process

  2. Provide your Order Number, Product Name, Date of Purchase, and reason for return.
  3. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number within 2 business days.
  4. Pack the product with all original contents and RA Number clearly marked.
  5. Return shipping must be arranged by you unless otherwise agreed.

6.3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs upon verification.

6.4. Refund Method & Timing

  1. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
  2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.5. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted where stock is available. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

7. Warranty

  1. Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties.
  2. Warranty claims are separate from returns and must meet warranty terms (proof of purchase, warranty card, etc.).
  3. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. TibaQuip Africa Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.
  2. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a product is limited to the total purchase price.
  3. We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (weather, transport disruptions, etc.).

  1. We collect customer data to process orders, manage returns, and communicate about products.
  2. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
